England - part V - Scones and a crazy 2-day-hike

After driving more streets like this

...we stopped in Selworthy Village

 with its vanilla thatched houses - pure idyll! (;

(Thanks to the national trust!)

We ordered Scones with jam & clotted cream
accompanied by creamed tea in the little tearoom

 

 AND WE WERE IN HEAVEN
These were our first scones with clotted cream.

We tried some more, but these were really heavenly.

HOMEMADE YUMMINESS!

 As well as these perefect blackberries we found just "a côté" of our tent the next morning.

mmh!

This day we started our 2-day-geocaching-trail.

A big portion of the hike was on mini-streets like in this photo

...but we also met many of THESE...

...and sometimes there was no trail at all...

We saw some funny things

...many animals

... and old English mural architecture!

...AND THE NEXT DAY I WAS 

PROUD HAVING ACCOMPLISHED IT!
