We were waiting for our vacation time to come...the summer months at work were hard - we were craving for some time off-duties!
So we sat in our car in the early morning hours on the 22nd of August where we stayed on a camping site for the night and the next morning we boarded the Euro-Tunnel-train
- and half an hour later WE ARRIVED IN FOLKESTONE/UK!
Although it was raining we were so happy that we were finally there!

We headed to our first POI: CANTERBURY!
What a beautiful city!
We walked through the streets, had a first glance at the Cathedral... 
...saw many artistic company signs...
...nice doors...
...cool shops...
...really old houses...
...lovely, calm corners...
...had yummy potatoe wedges...
...and our very first FroJo - while we were queing at the entry of the Cathedral (;
mmmmmh! (;
...the famous Canterbury Cathedral - place of the murder of Thomas a Becket!
...just wonderful...
...a detail...
...after that we headed up to London - took a road as far away from the city center to avoid the work traffic and arrived at our camping site where we put up our tent-villa! (;
